EQuALLS is USAID's major education project in the Philippines.

In conflict-affected Mindanao, the EQuALLS project is striving to:

* Increase community-based learning opportunities;
* Improve instructional capacity in reading, English, math, and science;
* Reintegrate out-of-school youth into a peaceful, productive economy;
* Reform policy and strengthen implementation capacity at the national and local levels.
