We design, develop and manage formative and summative, qualitative and quantitative evaluation systems. RWP has managed extensive evaluations employing pre- and post-tests, statistical analysis, structured questionnaires, focus groups, case studies, and participatory evaluation techniques designed to strengthen projects as they are being assessed.
